How is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a chat agent — a blank assistant you type questions into and copy answers out of. Ida is a company AI that helps run your studio. It arrives knowing your industry, learns your business — your suppliers, clients, process, projects and numbers — and the people in it, then prepares and carries out real work on your behalf, always under a person's approval. And it's built for a team, with role-based access so the right people see and can do the right things. Ida is the shared intelligence running across your whole business.
What does Ida connect to?
The tools you already use — things like your email and calendar (Google or Microsoft), your accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks), your design tools (Canva, Adobe) and your project or job-management system. These are examples, not a fixed list: we're adding connections all the time, so if something is core to how you work, tell us. Either way, Ida's intelligence lives where your work already happens, with no new place to check.
Will Ida do more over time?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Ida is self-learning and self-improving by design: it reviews its own work, keeps what works, and gets sharper at your studio over time, without anyone having to configure it. And it compounds — the more of your tools you connect, the more of your business it can work across, and we're adding new capabilities all the time. So what Ida does today is a floor, not a ceiling.
Does Ida act on its own?
It starts fully under your control — Ida prepares and proposes, and nothing is sent, committed or spent without someone approving it. That's deliberate: Ida earns your trust on work you can see before you lean on it. As it proves itself on the routine things, you can hand those over and let it run them for you — freeing you to focus on what genuinely needs human judgement, like design, client relationships and the calls only you can make. You decide what to delegate and can dial it back any time; and the things that really matter — sending to a client, spending money, anything you can't undo — always keep a person in the loop.
Is my data safe, and what happens if I leave?
Keeping your information private and secure is a priority — it's never shared, you decide what Ida connects to, and you can disconnect any tool at any time. You're not locked in: you can download your information and ask us to delete it at any time. And we'll always be upfront about how your information is used and protected.
How much does it cost, and how do I get access?
We think about value before price. Ida aims to give each person on your team hours back every day — and when the same work takes less time, that saving is yours: keep it as margin, pass it on as more competitive pricing, or reinvest it in winning more work. Right now we're in early access: founding studios get Ida free for an initial beta period — around a month — in exchange for their feedback. After that it moves to a paid plan, priced deliberately at a fraction of the value it frees up, and we'll always show you the price and give plenty of notice first.
