What is Ida?
An AI for your whole company. Ida connects to your mail, files, accounts and the other tools you already use, and keeps one shared memory of your clients, suppliers and projects. It answers with sources, prepares the work across those tools, and a person in your company says send.
What does it cost?
Your first month is free. After that, pricing follows the size of your team, never per seat.
What do I have to set up?
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, connect your existing tools, invite the team. Done.
Can I see it before my place opens?
Yes. Once you’re on the waitlist we’ll offer you a walk-through. Reply to Ida’s email if you’d like it sooner.
Where does my data live?
You choose. Files can stay in your Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint, and anything Ida writes can be saved there too. Or if you prefer, we can host it for you. It’s your data, your choice.
Will it send or spend money without asking?
No. Nothing leaves without a person in your company saying send.
Who can see and do what?
You decide. You choose who sees which rooms and files, and what each person and each connected tool is allowed to do. Ida can only reach what you connect, at the level you give it. Nothing leaves Ida until a person with the right permissions approves it, and what was approved, and by whom, is kept.
